 Dear Parent,

Greetings!

The Rajkumar College, Rajkot is gearing up to the demanding times presented by the Covid-19 / Novel Corona Virus Pandemic. The school has remained closed as per Govt. directives, but the Online Classes continued to provide study material and  assignments to students on live and recorded medium inspite of the network, connectivity and server issues. To upgrade and customise our privacy needs we have developed an exclusive ERP platform for the sharing of online information. Please find enlisted the vital points associated with the same:-

  1. The ERP platform is meant only for the Students, Parents and the Teachers of RKC.
  2. Cloud space is procured and a Service Provider authorised to develop the same for us.
  3. A Mobile Application downloaded from Google Play Store will connect the Parent, Students and Teachers for all communications.
  4. Attendance, Classes, Timetable, Assignments, Circulars, Calendar, Examination & Events will be included.
  5. Subject wise details of chapters and attachments will be provided as per curriculum.
  6. Interactive Classes with Recorded Resource Sharing facility will also be provided for.
  7. Network, Connectivity, Speed & unforeseen hindrances typical of Internet, beyond our control, shall remain.
  8. Restricted rights will be shared with a parent’s registered cell phone number only.
  9. All time schedules shared will be subject to modification, forced by unavoidable circumstances.
  10. Expected launch of customised ERP module is scheduled for 15th June 2020(Virtual Classes) in a phased manner, two classes at a time, starting with Class XII downwards.
  11. Meanwhile, Online Classes for all Forms on YouTube Platform will resume from the 8th of June 2020, as announced earlier. Assignments and queries to be handled through Whatsapp/Google Classes.
  12. SOP for re-opening of the school will be shared in due course, as per Govt. directives.
