Bearing in mind our School’s 🎯 Mission Statement, it is going to be my endeavour to restore Rajkumar College’s prestige and glory of yesteryears. To make this 🏛️ historical institution a place to be reckoned with and a coveted one.

An institution where academic and sporting activities set a bar of excellence that is second to none. An institution that reaches out globally in thought and ideology, producing future global leaders who will be known not simply for their superior work ethics, but also for their moral and ethical values.

It is my personal desire to make this campus a happy one, where faculty trusts and works together. A place where we understand that a win-win situation can only be fostered and promoted if everyone is successful.

An institution that produces role models par excellence irrespective of age. Like any great revolution or change, a leader or a visionary cannot work alone. He needs the guidance from all the stakeholders, past and present, and their experience.

About the Principal

Mr. Yash Saxena

An alumnus of many renowned convent schools, Mr. Yash Saxena holds his Master’s degree from the prestigious Government College, Ajmer. Beginning his teaching career at Mayo College in 1998 as a Master of Geography, he went on to serve as the Housemaster of Oman House, Staff Secretary, and Round Square Representative — shaping leadership values and academic excellence throughout his tenure.

Under his mentorship, Mayo College witnessed record-breaking academic results, earning him two commendation letters from Mrs. Smriti Irani, Minister of HRD, for exemplary performance in the

CBSE West region. His leadership extended globally through nine International Round Square Conferences, and the initiation of international student exchange and community service programs.

His passion for service resulted in more than 17,000 man-hours of community service annually for three consecutive years. The Government of India honored him with a Gold Medal for his dedicated role in Tsunami relief education at the Andaman & Nicobar Islands in 2005.

As the Deputy Headmaster at The Lawrence School, Sanawar, he led the institution’s Dodransbicentennial celebrations, pioneered experiential learning under NEP 2020, and served as officiating Bursar. His extensive travels across 30 countries have broadened his understanding of global education systems, while his enthusiasm for sports, adventure, and social engagement continues to inspire.

A visionary leader with warmth and humility, Mr. Yash Saxena embodies the ideals of true academic stewardship — combining intellect, discipline, and compassion to nurture future-ready young minds.
