Under the invigorating embrace of a pristine Sunday morning, the Junior Lodge Boys embarked on a spirited excursion to the enchanting Chibhada Hillock, accompanied by Housemaster Ms. Anju Singh and Tutor Mr. Padam Gurung.
The NCC Orientation and Enrolment for the academic year 2026–27 was conducted on 11th April 2026 at Bhavsinhji Hall, followed by enrolment activities at the North Ground for Form 8 students.
The Education Expo 2026 was held on 12th April 2026 at Mahavir Bhavan Hall and was presented by Sanz Samachar. Students of Form 10 and Form 12 from the Boarding section visited the expo.
The Junior Day School organized a Yoga Competition for Forms 4, 5 and 6 on 10 January 2026. The event aimed to promote physical fitness, concentration and mindfulness among the students.
An Elocution Competition for Classes 4, 5, and 6 was organized in the Bhavsinhji Hall and Library from 18th to 19th November 2025. The competition aimed to nurture students’ confidence, pronunciation, articulation, and public speaking abilities. Students enthusiastically recited poems and prose pieces, displaying excellent voice modulation, clarity, and expressive delivery. Each participant presented their piece with confidence and great enthusiasm, making the event lively and engaging.
The Junior Day School organized a Solo Dance Competition for Classes 4, 5, and 6 on 16th February 2026. The event gave students a wonderful opportunity to showcase their talent and confidence on stage.
The shooting team of The Rajkumar College, Rajkot proudly participated in the 20th R. M. Halwai Vadodara District Shooting Championship – 2026, held on 7th and 8th March 2026 at Vadodara. A total of 13 students, comprising 4 girls and 9 boys, represented the school in this prestigious championship.
The Annual Prize Giving Ceremony of the Primary Day School was held on 7th March 2026 at The Bhavsinhji Hall. The event celebrated the achievements of the students and was followed by delightful dance performances.
On 23rd February 2026, students of Heritage Club of RKC participated in a Poster Making and Essay Writing Competition organised by the INTACH Rajkot Chapter at Genius English Medium School, Rajkot. The competition was conducted under the theme “Importance of Trees And Their Relationship To Our Lives.”
Jaisalmer Educational-Cum-Leisure Trip from 26th February to 2nd March 2026 Students of Classes 9 and 11 embarked on an exciting educational-cum-leisure trip to Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The trip aimed to provide a perfect blend of learning, exploration, and recreation, allowing students to connect classroom learning with real-world experiences.
